📋 Description

• Administer Affirm’s Compliance Testing Program • Perform ongoing compliance testing and report on adherence to the compliance program and federal/state regulatory requirements • Conduct reviews and identify regulatory compliance gaps and deficiencies • Collaborate cross-functionally with Compliance, Legal, Operations, Risk, Product, Engineering, and senior management • Support a fast-paced business under tight deadlines while producing diligent and detailed work • Identify process improvements and propose new processes to strengthen internal controls • Coordinate compliance risk assessments and control inventories, including collecting and documenting results • Serve as a regulatory compliance subject-matter expert for new and revised products and services • Continuously improve internal compliance processes related to the Compliance Testing Program • Report to the Senior Compliance Manager and work independently

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional work experience in Compliance Testing or Audit • Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends impacting Affirm’s business • Experience completing end-to-end compliance testing activities • Strong communication and relationship management skills • Ability to propose creative and effective solutions and learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment • Strong project management, critical thinking, and analytical skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presenting complex and sensitive issues clearly • Proficient computer navigation using Google Docs, word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software • Detail-oriented, thorough, and well organized • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
