📋 Description

• Own the core checkout experience where consumers select and review their terms and payments, focusing on conversion, clarity, and confidence • Design and run experiments to improve how consumers understand and choose terms • Define and ship new UX patterns using research insights and quantitative signals • Partner with Legal and Compliance on regulatory requirements and user experience impact • Collaborate with international product partners to expand the terms experience into new markets • Develop and share insights into user behavior • Drive the roadmap, prioritize high-leverage opportunities, align cross-functional partners, and own execution from concept through launch and iteration

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience • Strong sense of taste for user experience • Analytical rigor and ability to interpret experiment results and quantitative and qualitative inputs • World-class execution with high agency • Ability to work closely with product, design, engineering, analytics, and research teams • Strong communication skills • Coachability • Checkout, e-commerce, or fintech product experience is a bonus
