📋 Description

• Drive technical strategy by leading project planning, prioritization, and execution • Lead end-to-end system design and development of large-scale, high-availability services • Build robust APIs and data models for microservice and event-driven architectures • Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Design, Legal, and Accounting on card loan attribution and lifecycle strategy • Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues • Optimize existing code and drive robust, scalable solutions • Mentor junior engineers, lead technical discussions and design reviews, and champion best practices through code review

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development or engineering • Deep understanding of system design and architecture • Motivated leader who inspires team growth and fosters continuous learning • Excellent communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in Python, Kotlin, or similar modern programming languages • Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes • Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database systems • Knowledge of web frameworks and RESTful API development • Equivalent practical experience or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
