📋 Description

• Break down larger projects into individual tasks and deliver them in multiple phases • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery • Participate in product ideation with product management, design, and analytics • Articulate technical constraints and partner on decisions considering risks and trade-offs • Create and monitor metrics for team artifacts • Escalate operational issues and support keep-the-lights-on and on-call efforts • Participate in growth and development activities, including interviews • Build and improve high-traffic consumer web experiences • Contribute to experimentation, instrumentation, marketing integrations, attribution, and measurement • Partner with senior engineers, Product, Design, Marketing, Analytics, and Data Engineering • Ensure measurement and privacy requirements are considered during development

🎯 Requirements

• 1.5+ years of experience as a software engineer • Experience shipping web apps using declarative UI frameworks like React or Vue • Experience working with JavaScript/TypeScript • Ability to turn simple problems or business scenarios into solutions interacting with multiple software components • Ability to write clear, well-tested, extensible code • Comfortable navigating a large codebase • Experience debugging others' code • Experience providing feedback through code reviews • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Either equivalent practical experience or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
