• AfterShip empowers eCommerce retailers to create best online shopping experiences. • Establish and grow a high-performing ecosystem of marketing, development, and eCommerce agencies. • Collaborate closely with Sales, Account Executives, Account Managers, Marketing, Customer Success, and agency partners. • Your mission includes onboarding, enablement, co-selling, and joint marketing initiatives. • This is a remote position reporting to the Head of Partnerships, with some travel for partner meetings.
• 5-7 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or agency management, preferably in the SaaS or eCommerce space. • Strong understanding of the agency ecosystem (digital marketing, Shopify/BigCommerce/Adobe Commerce service partners, etc.). • Proven track record of building and scaling partner relationships that drive measurable business impact. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. • Experience collaborating with sales and marketing teams to drive GTM alignment. • Familiarity with CRM and partner management tools (e.g.,HubSpot, PartnerStack, Crossbeam).
