📋 Description

• Ensure AgeCare Continuing Care communities provide exemplary person-centered care across all care models • Apply expert knowledge of Continuing Care Health Services Standards within British Columbia • Support transformational initiatives to enhance clinical outcomes, resident safety, leading practices, and cost-effectiveness of care • Support effective Incident Reports Management, system safety analysis, recommendations, and communication • Provide clinical direction, supervision, and coordination for clinical leadership, frontline care staff, and consultants • Identify, evaluate, and monitor service continuity risks, including care, hospitality, environmental, and facility risks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Nursing required • Current BCCNM registration as a Registered Nurse required • Fluent in English, both orally and in writing • Minimum of five (5) years’ advanced clinical care experience in a complex health care environment • Experience in the continuing care sector preferred • Experience in Infection, Prevention & Control an asset • Demonstration of progressive leadership roles • Ability to travel across British Columbia and Island
