📋 Description

• Support the daily operation of Partnership Management, ensuring structured and well-executed processes. • Lead and organize onboarding rituals, keeping the experience smooth and aligned with F2F values. • Keep records, databases and documents up to date, ensuring consistency and governance. • Execute administrative changes, coordinate schedules and manage internal communications. • Serve as the point of contact for contractors/providers for questions, guidance and day-to-day requests. • Monitor indicators and support the preparation of reports and presentations for the team. • Organize schedules for knowledge tracks, rituals and Partnership Management communications. • Contribute to continuous improvements in internal processes and workflows, always seeking greater clarity and efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• 6 to 8 years of previous experience in People Ops or related areas. • Experience with remote teams or squad-based organizational structures. • Willingness to learn more about opportunity flows (Recruitment & Selection). • Experience with tools such as Convenia, Trello or similar platforms. • Participation in projects related to employee engagement, culture, internal communication or process development. • A careful attention to provider/contractor experience and the end-to-end journey.
