📋 Description

• Develop and maintain customizations in TOTVS RM HR modules, including entry points, formulas and processes. • Work on system integrations via web services, APIs, messaging or file exchange. • Perform diagnostics, fixes and performance optimizations for routines and data structures. • Participate in requirements analysis and propose technical solutions aligned with HR business rules. • Provide technical and functional support to the internal team and key users, collaborating with business areas to identify improvements and enhancements.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience developing and customizing on the TOTVS RM platform (Reports, Smart View, Output Generator, Formulas, Visual Formulas, Metadata). • Experience with FLUIG Identity X TOTVS RM integration (connector configuration, SSO, provisioning and synchronization). • Knowledge of HR concepts (payroll, events, charges/contributions, eSocial, tables, calculations). • Experience with data modeling and SQL databases (MS SQL, Oracle or Progress). • Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, TOTVS APIs, messaging). • Knowledge of TOTVS system security, permission reviews, risk analysis and protection of sensitive data. • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related fields. • TOTVS certifications (preferred).
