📋 Description

• Develop and deploy advanced analytical models to improve understanding of Network supply and demand, identify operational inefficiencies, and deliver actionable recommendations to leadership • Implement real-time dashboards and reporting to track and assess Network performance against established metrics • Propose and test new strategies to increase competition and engagement within the service provider network • Analyze feedback, ratings, and reviews to identify insights into service quality, customer satisfaction, and provider satisfaction • Develop operational and performance data insights and recommendations for third-party service providers • Analyze Network capacity, identify gaps and opportunities, and recommend Network recruiting, retention, and optimization actions • Lead tests and pilots for process changes and communicate results and recommendations to management • Serve as an internal data analytics subject matter expert by ensuring consistent methodologies and sharing best practices • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to explain data and inform future strategies

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience; data analysis and communication emphasis preferred • 5+ years of business and data analysis experience • Excellent communication and presentation abilities • Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen • Experience validating and auditing data and reports from multiple systems • Demonstrated project and task management capability • Experience with BI, Google Workspace, and CRM tools • Proficiency in SQL and relational databases required • Attention to detail and high performance standards • Currently authorized to work full-time in the United States • Position is not eligible for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future
