📋 Description

• Leads efforts to establish new processes and methodology and/or documentation standard operating procedures, providing guidance to lower level staff • Analyzes, refines, and documents program requirements including mission scope and objectives, availability of resources, and identifiable intelligence, operational and/or stakeholder leadership needs • Collects, analyzes, and provides assessments/recommendations of developing framework and strategy to optimizing workflow processes and production • Manages execution of assigned Technical Direction Letters • Coordinates work across participating engineering and delivery teams • Facilitates planning, dependency management, issue resolution, performance tracking, and incremental delivery of modernization capabilities • Supports national security and critical civilian missions through technology integration and program management

🎯 Requirements

• Typically has a Bachelors degree, and 6 - 8 years of experience, or equivalent relevant work experience • Each year of work experience may be substituted for each year of education required • Secret clearance; must have clearance to start • SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) or PMP or PMI-ACP certification • Manages execution of assigned Technical Direction Letters • Coordinates work across participating engineering and delivery teams • Facilitates planning, dependency management, issue resolution, performance tracking, and incremental delivery of modernization capabilities
