📋 Description

• Install and optimize hardware, software, network products and configurations at customer sites • Diagnose and resolve product performance problems • Perform maintenance and repair services • Advise customers on preventive maintenance and configurations that may impact product performance • Proactively respond to potential equipment or software issues to prevent unplanned business interruptions • Deliver fully integrated solutions, including peripherals, communications, operating systems and application software • Serve as an internal resource on technical issues and manage product escalations • Collaborate with Support, Sales, Marketing and R&D teams to provide customer solutions • Work at a variety of laboratories and continuously learn about new instruments, software and consumables • Build customer success through problem-solving and high-level customer service

🎯 Requirements

• Post Secondary Degree within the science field – e.g. chemistry, analytical chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology or similar, or relevant work experience • Five years experience with LC, LCMS, LCQTOF in a similar position or experience as an end user • Experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving • Experience with Agilent solutions is desired but not essential • Verbal and written communication is clear, respectful and timely • Enjoy travelling and visiting customers • Ability to work a full-time weekly schedule • Willingness to travel 25% of the time
