📋 Description

• Travel to and from customer sites to provide services • Install and optimize hardware, software, and network products and configurations at customer sites • Diagnose and resolve product performance issues • Provide maintenance and repair services • Proactively address potential equipment issues to prevent unplanned disruption of customers' operations • Deliver fully integrated solutions (without designing them), which may include peripherals, communications, operating systems, and application software • Maintain performance professionally and in accordance with assigned metrics, processes, and procedures • Ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication, attention to detail, proactive actions, and timely escalations when appropriate

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a science or engineering field (e.g., Biology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Engineering), or equivalent diploma • Minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role or as an end user • Experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving • Experience with Agilent solutions is an asset • Experience with liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry (LC-MS) is an asset • Clear, respectful, and timely verbal and written communication skills • Bilingual in French and English (required) • Valid driver's license • Legal authorization to work in Canada • Ability to travel internationally (U.S. and Europe) for required training
