📋 Description

• Build, lead, and grow the Strategic Program Management Office, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management of Technical Program Managers • Develop and enforce consistent program management methodology, tools, and cadence across new product launch and other business programs • Own portfolio-level sequencing, resourcing, interdependencies, and tradeoffs across the product roadmap • Partner with engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, finance, and commercial leadership on milestones and commitments • Establish and run executive program reviews with data-driven status, risk, and decision recommendations for the COO and executive staff • Identify at-risk programs, drive recovery plans, and resolve cross-functional blockers • Develop and track schedule, cost, quality, and scope KPIs • Champion change management and process maturity as the company scales to high-volume production • Manage program budgets and resource allocation with Finance and functional leaders • Represent program management in strategic planning, NPI governance, and annual operating planning • Coach and develop TPMs and intervene directly on at-risk programs • Serve as the primary conduit between functional teams and executive staff

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of technical program or project management experience • 5+ years in a people-leadership role managing program or technical program managers • Experience leading NPI or NPD programs in hardware, robotics, automotive, aerospace, or complex electromechanical products • Track record building or scaling a PMO/SPMO in a fast-growing or scaling organization • Strong executive presence and ability to communicate status, risk, and tradeoffs to C-suite and board-level audiences • Deep fluency in stage-gate processes, risk management, critical path/schedule management, and earned value or equivalent • Experience partnering across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality in a hardware product company • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification preferred • Preferred experience in robotics, humanoid/mobile robotics, or advanced automation • Preferred experience taking hardware and integrated software from pilot production through volume manufacturing ramp • Familiarity with Smartsheet, Jira, Monday, or similar program management tools and portfolio reporting dashboards • Current authorization to work in the United States
