📋 Description

• Ship code to production on the first day • Architect, build, and launch complex, multi-step AI agents for digitizing customers' operational workflows • Integrate with third-party lending-services APIs to generate documents and disclosures, produce automated underwriting results, and prevent fraud • Architect, build, and launch job-processing infrastructure on AWS to improve backend observability and reliability • Develop full-stack web application features from design through deployment • Design and scale complex relational database schemas • Build reliable, observable, low-toil infrastructure • Collaborate with and mentor less senior engineers

🎯 Requirements

• 7–25 years of experience as a Staff/Senior Software Engineer developing full-stack web applications from design through deployment • Minimum 5 years as a Senior-level engineer • Experience at a technology company where software was the product • Experience at high-growth technology startups or companies, including VC-backed companies or FAANG • Experience designing and scaling complex relational database schemas • Fintech company experience • Strong proficiency in TypeScript, with recent hands-on examples of complex systems/products • Experience scaling high-throughput distributed systems in the cloud with AWS and Terraform • Experience with React, Node/Express running inside Docker, GraphQL/Apollo, and Postgres • Familiarity with modern AI product development lifecycles, including evaluations, experiment design, and dataset curation • SRE-oriented mindset focused on reliable, observable, low-toil infrastructure • Security awareness for protecting sensitive personal data • Product-oriented approach • Ability to develop readable, maintainable, effective software architecture patterns • Ability and interest in mentoring less senior engineers
