📋 Description

• Develop and implement strategic plans driving growth for Airbnb’s Experiences business • Own demand strategy and business growth for a defined set of priority markets • Lead select global cross-functional programs improving how guests discover and book experiences • Navigate market and category-specific challenges and prioritize opportunities, time, and resources • Collaborate with product management, finance, marketing, community, communications, sales operations, and supply teams • Translate data-driven insights into actionable operational plans and improve business efficiency • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Translate complex data and market dynamics into clear recommendations and business context • Influence business outcomes and plan expansion for a high-growth business area • Develop novel incentives, business models, and ways of working to enable efficient scale

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading complex growth initiatives or business programs in high-growth environments • Demonstrated ability to influence and align functional teams • Proven track record of building and scaling new businesses • Direct experience launching and scaling growth initiatives, including paid marketing, referral programs, ambassador programs, distribution partnerships, affiliates, and creative growth experiments • Strong analytical abilities and deep understanding of guest needs and market dynamics • Ability to distill complex information into clear business strategies • Ability to rapidly identify, align stakeholders around, and test new growth ideas • Ability to prioritize opportunities, costs, time, and resource investment • Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership • Expertise driving collaboration across diverse teams • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working independently to execute complex programs • Strategic thinking and passion for innovation and new product development • Proven experience leading strategic and tactical execution within a large organization • Ability to self-learn and develop tools to enhance processes, interpret business risks, and recommend best practices • Strong enthusiasm for working closely with the Airbnb community and demonstrating Airbnb’s core values • Must live in a state where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity
