📋 Description

• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, including proactive sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback, and offers • Recruit candidates at all levels, from entry-level to mid-level, for the Global Operations function, including Community Support • Build candidate pipelines for multiple roles across different teams and regions • Foster inclusion by building diverse candidate pipelines from the top of the recruiting funnel • Collaborate with Talent Partners, hiring managers, People Operations, and Finance to develop hiring strategies and plans • Influence company leaders and educate managers on interviewing practices and decision-making • Deliver exceptional candidate experiences and innovate throughout the interview process • Accurately record candidate data and use systems to generate reports • Identify and engage talent through innovative and creative methods • Represent Airbnb with integrity and professionalism, and speak about its mission with passion and authenticity

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience is required • Experience in a high-velocity, high-volume recruiting environment • Ability to manage a large number of rapidly changing open roles with short time-to-fill targets • Demonstrated ability to provide a personalized experience for senior executives, stakeholders, and candidates • Proven success identifying, assessing, and closing exceptional candidates in competitive talent markets • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong analytical and influencing leadership skills • Ability to work in an environment characterized by significant ambiguity and rapid growth • Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously under tight deadlines • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms such as Greenhouse, Ashby, and Gem is a plus • Experience using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to design recruiting automations and streamline workflows is a plus • Ability to communicate in English and French OR Spanish is a plus
