📋 Description

• Act as the subject matter expert for SAP FICO functional modules • Gather and clarify business requirements through interviews, process reviews, shadowing, document analysis, workshops, site visits, process descriptions, and workflow analysis • Evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, identify and close gaps, and distinguish user requests from underlying needs • Communicate and collaborate with internal and external customers to analyze information needs and SAP functional requirements • Deliver process flows, technical designs, solution designs, user stories, use cases, GUI screens, and interface designs • Engage successfully in multiple initiatives simultaneously • Translate customer business needs into application and operational requirements • Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish technical vision and analyze usability, functionality, and performance trade-offs • Implement and deploy SAP template solutions for Finance, Controlling, and cross-functional components such as production planning and procurement • Own and manage process design, documentation, implementation, and continuous improvements with process owners, Super Users, SAP functional specialists, and third parties as part of the SAP CoE • Collaborate with Product Managers on technical feasibility and sustainable product features • Define functional, performance, security, and compatibility tests • Orchestrate and plan system demos and tests

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science and/or Business Administration or equivalent • SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling (FI/CO) expertise • Experience with OpenText VIM, including end-to-end invoice processing, document capture, workflow approvals, exception handling, duplicate invoice prevention, and invoice validation • Working knowledge of OpenText VIM technical components, including workflow troubleshooting, queue management, document processing, configuration concepts, and collaboration with technical teams • Knowledge of Controlling: Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Cost Object Controlling, COPA (Margin Analysis), Allocations & Assessments, and Settlement Processes • Knowledge of Core Finance: General Ledger, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Financial Closing, Intercompany Processing, Document Splitting, Parallel Ledgers, and Universal Journal • 8+ years of experience implementing SAP products, including S/4HANA experience • 8+ years of hands-on experience configuring SAP FI/CO solutions • 8 years of business and functional requirements analysis experience • Experience troubleshooting and debugging complex integrated applications • Extensive experience as a team member on medium to large SAP initiatives • Experience leading key activities/projects involving cross-functional teams
