📋 Description

• Provide support in the development of the compensation processes and policies • Evaluate the job under the HAY methodology to assure consistency and fairness across entities • Prepare reports for management as needed • Support in the annual merit increase process

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in HR/Business Required • Human Resources knowledge • 2-3 years of experience in compensation • Analytical skills • Excel level - advanced knowledge • Possibility to travel 10% of the time
