📋 Description

• Monitoring our portal, conducting scheduled visits, fielding teletriage requests, and responding to inquiries with empathy and professionalism • Conducting video and chat visits about canine and feline health problems • Completing follow-ups, including case documentation and administrative tasks • Ensuring compliance with Airvet’s best practices, service-level agreements (SLAs), and visit guidelines • Collaborating with internal teams to improve processes and address operational challenges • Taking on additional duties as needed to support the Care Team

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of clinical experience as a veterinarian • DVM or equivalent degree • Active Veterinarian License in the United States or a Canadian Province license • Carry your own Active personal professional liability insurance • A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace • A smartphone and either a desktop computer or a laptop are necessary • Detail-oriented with a strong ability to follow training and protocol • Comfortable using desktop and mobile apps; highly proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.) • Self-motivated and able to work independently with sound judgment • Adaptable and energized by a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment • A compassionate communicator and creative problem-solver who strives to deliver outstanding client experiences • Creative problem-solver who continuously seeks improvements. • Passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences and supporting pet parents through challenges. • Able to commit to scheduled shifts by the month
