📋 Description

• Guide, support, and help develop the team responsible for the operation, security, and performance of cloud environments • Foster collaboration, automation, and reliability at scale • Participate in the design, planning, organization, and coordination of infrastructure projects • Carry out software upgrades, data migrations, and implementations of new technologies • Adapt infrastructure and practices to the needs of development teams • Participate in meetings with developers to analyze requests • Improve the automation of infrastructure configuration and deployment • Ensure a smooth and efficient CI/CD pipeline • Deploy solutions across environments • Improve monitoring and observability tools • Detect and diagnose technical and security issues • Collaborate with development, support, security, and compliance teams • Continuously improve the performance and stability of environments • Contribute to technical documentation, architecture reviews, and knowledge sharing • Support the growth of the Linx and CarePath platforms and new SaaS products

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience working on a DevOps team • Proficiency in Kubernetes • Experience deploying and supporting SaaS applications in a public cloud, ideally Azure • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams • Development experience with modern languages such as C# and Python • Ability to mentor more junior colleagues • Proficiency with one or more IaC tools, preferably Pulumi • Experience with Argo CD or an equivalent GitOps tool • Knowledge of microservices architectures • Solid understanding of networking, security, and scalability concepts • Strong knowledge of cloud architecture • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams • Interest in documentation and knowledge sharing • Collaborative leadership style • Professional English or French-English bilingualism; interaction with French- and English-speaking clients • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and constantly evolving environment • Commitment to Akinox’s values
