📋 Description
• Lead and support client software implementations • Resolve customer questions, track issues, and escalate according to company guidelines • Utilize and follow Aktion's methodology to achieve successful client implementation • Proactively communicate with clients and team to achieve exceptional client satisfaction
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience within a Construction ERP Software: Acumatica, Microsoft Dynamics, Epicor, or Infor CSI/SyteLine, Visual • Demonstrated accounting/financial skill • Construction Industry experience preferred • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent work experience is preferred • Ability to travel up to 20%
