• Design and implement a comprehensive commercial training strategy aligned with Alamar’s growth objectives • Build structured onboarding programs for new hires across Sales, FAS, and commercial roles • Develop ongoing product, scientific, sales, and territory-execution training curricula • Create training materials including presentations, e-learning modules, playbooks, and certifications • Establish instructional design standards for content development partners • Deliver live and virtual training for onboarding, product launches, sales meetings, and regional workshops • Keep training content current, accurate, and aligned with product and market dynamics • Partner with Sales Leadership to identify skill gaps and performance opportunities • Conduct ride-alongs and field observations to reinforce training and coaching • Develop field-enablement tools and resources such as customer personas, talk tracks, objection handling, and competitive messaging • Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, and Medical Affairs/Scientific teams • Coordinate commercial training initiatives across the organization • Define KPIs and metrics for training effectiveness, gather stakeholder feedback, and continuously improve programs • Use data to improve training content and delivery models
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field required • 8+ years of experience in global commercial training/sales enablement, or sales, FAS, or marketing roles within life sciences/biotech • Strong understanding of life sciences tools, diagnostics, or proteomics/genomics markets • Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs for technical audiences • Experience supporting high-growth biotech organizations preferred • Familiarity with proteomics, biomarker research, or translational science workflows preferred • Experience with LMS platforms and digital learning tools preferred • Background in selling into pharma, biotech, and academic research customers preferred • Clinical and diagnostic market experience preferred • Strong communication and presentation skills, including simplifying complex science • Ability to influence without authority across cross-functional teams • High level of organization and project management discipline • Collaborative, hands-on, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment • Focus on execution, outcomes, and continuous improvement • Must be authorized to work in the United States; employer participates in E-Verify
