📋 Description

• Develop tools that empower health professionals to offer empathetic, tailored, and efficient support, leveraging AI to support each member's unique story. • Develop the platform infrastructure that allows us to proactively support members in staying healthy. • Navigate complex healthcare regulations and compliance requirements while maintaining Alan's renowned high-quality, secure, human-centred experience. • Working on a product impacted members in many countries. • Influence the product direction, mentor other engineers & lead technical initiatives that shape the future of healthcare access.

🎯 Requirements

• Member-facing product expertise - you understand what it takes to build delightful user experiences at scale • Open to working with TypeScript and Python in a cross-platform environment, familiar with modern web technologies, and proficient in Object-Oriented Programming using Python, Java, Swift, Kotlin, and C#. • Clear progression in your career - increasing responsibility, scope, and impact over time. • Humble and still willing to grow. • Fluent in English (no need to speak French!) • Experience building digital health products in a fast-paced environment • Mobile development experience (React Native) - our members live on mobile
