• Achieve sales targets for specific accounts or territories across Retina and Glaucoma surgical portfolios. • Promote and sell Alcon products through various sales activities. • Develop relationships with retina and glaucoma surgeons, key opinion leaders, and high-volume users. • Discover and develop new business opportunities. • Execute a sales plan and strategy. • Frequently visit customers and provide necessary support. • Participate in and conduct events and meetings to update customers on products, services, and prices. • Create and maintain a customer database. • Conduct competitive market analysis to maintain Alcon's product market share and react to competition initiatives and clinical expertise, resulting in increased sales of the Alcon Intraocular Lens. • Provide timely reports and ensure accurate documentation of sales activities and customer interactions according to company needs.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Preferred: B.Sc., B. Comm. • 3–5 years pharmaceutical, medical, or surgical sales experience; ophthalmic preferred. • Clinical competence with understanding of retina/glaucoma treatments. • Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems. • Must reside in the Ontario, or GTA area. • Travel up to 60% - Regular territory travel; additional North America travel may be required.
