📋 Description

• Carry out, direct, and manage overall execution of customer CAPEX projects from initiation to closing • Plan and execute projects according to Boccard Project Management System and internal best practices • Deliver project objectives safely, on time, on specification, and on budget • Comply with OSHA regulations and manage safety issues and violations • Manage small to multi-million-dollar projects and develop business with clients • Prepare monthly budget reports and analyze technical and budgetary variances • Prepare quotations, draft proposals, and support technical alignments • Review customer purchase orders and initiate projects after contract award • Monitor project scope, scope variations, schedules, dependencies, critical paths, and contractual milestones • Coordinate resources and assemble project teams with Department Managers • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and manage project expectations • Organize and conduct project meetings throughout the project lifecycle • Monitor project risks and take proactive risk-management actions • Track project KPIs and communicate metrics to stakeholders • Document and manage project issues and non-conformity reports with the Quality Department • Collaborate with Purchasing on vendor selection, purchase requisitions, vendor goods, and services • Participate in supplier selection, specifications, RFQs, offer analysis, and technical comparisons • Coordinate onsite contractors and customer representatives and monitor scope, quality, and corrective actions • Prepare technical and equipment specifications and technical bid packages for industrial process installations • Coordinate shop fabrication and onsite installation • Organize and facilitate simulations, FAT, SAT, and qualification acceptance tests • Establish and validate equipment lists and P&IDs; support design reviews of P&IDs, drawings, and 3D models • Manage project punch lists, handover documentation, acceptance certificates, reserves, claims, and final payment • Review project-team and vendor deliverables for compliance • Conduct project closeout, postmortems, KPI reporting, customer satisfaction surveys, recommendations, and lessons learned

🎯 Requirements

• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis • Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural, Chemical, Mechanical, or Food Process Engineering • At least 10 years' experience in Hygienic Life Sciences: Food, Cosmetic, etc. • Minimum of 5 years' proven experience in a CAPEX Project Manager role • More than 10 years of professional experience in Budget Management • Exemplary team leader with strong problem-solving skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent decision-making capabilities • Excellent interpersonal skills • Excellent organizational skills • Competency in MS suite • Willingness to travel up to 40%
