📋 Description

• Act as a knowledge base for customer inquiries about products and bone health • Listen actively and provide information to help customers make informed decisions about AlgaeCal • Support customers via email and phone • Process customer orders and returns • Help customers understand DEXA bone scan results • Update customer interaction records and process customer accounts • File documents and perform administrative tasks • Set customers up for maximum success

🎯 Requirements

• Solid customer service background • Passion for natural health • Expertise in building rapport with customers • Organized, humble, and able to think critically and creatively • Ability to support and inspire others • Willingness to receive and act on feedback • Strong multitasking ability and flexibility between priorities • Flexibility to work a fixed schedule tailored to business needs • Availability to work one weekend day • Ability to work five consecutive days • Resume and cover letter required, submitted as one file • Cover letter must address role fit with quantifiable achievements, company values, toughest challenge overcome, and personal interests • Explanation of current employment situation and reason for seeking a new role
