📋 Description

• Serve as a Bone Health Consultant on the AlgaeCal helpline • Help callers cope with concerns about their bone health • Guide each person with accuracy, care, and compassion • Provide customer support and create hopeful, empowering, and supportive interactions • Complete extensive hands-on training and ongoing coaching • Work a consistent weekday schedule of at least 20 hours per week • Maintain full presence and focus on every call • Support AlgaeCal's mission of changing people's lives through natural health

🎯 Requirements

• Solid customer service background • Strong communication skills • Passion for natural health • Organized and humble • Ability to support and inspire others • Willingness to receive and actively seek feedback • Ability to commit to a stable weekday schedule of at least 20 hours per week • Availability Monday through Friday during standard business hours (PST), typically between 9:00am and 5:00pm PST • Quiet, distraction-free work environment • Resume and cover letter required, submitted as one file • Quantifiable examples of related achievements in the cover letter
