📋 Description

• Own the architecture of Dayforce solutions across the full project lifecycle • Interpret client business objectives and translate them into actionable solution designs • Design custom extensibility solutions using the Dayforce Extensibility Framework • Design and develop modern integrations through APIs, RESTful services, SOAP, Microservices • Lead solutioning for Dayforce AI modules • Leverage generative AI tools for solution design and documentation • Serve as primary point of contact for clients post-contract signing • Offer best-practice recommendations on custom solutions • Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure overall solution architecture is sound • Lead design and peer reviews, individual and team unit testing, and client QA/UAT support activities • Create and maintain comprehensive solution documentation • Mentor junior and intermediate consultants • Collaborate with Dayforce product teams to identify product gaps and opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Dayforce solution architecture experience • Expert understanding of the Dayforce Extensibility Framework • 3+ years of experience designing, coding, testing, and documenting modern APIs and middleware • Demonstrated experience solutioning for Dayforce AI modules • Active comfort and proven experience using generative AI tools • Canada and US domain knowledge • Strong consulting, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Coaching and/or mentoring experience • Exceptional presentation and communication skills • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a closely related field; or equivalent professional experience • Ability and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
