📋 Description

• Serve as the primary post-implementation partner for assigned clients • Lead regular client touchpoints to review system performance, gaps, and optimization opportunities • Build client relationships and drive customer satisfaction • Facilitate consultative discussions on HR/payroll best practices and system utilization • Perform configuration updates and enhancements within UKG Pro Payroll & People modules • Analyze system performance and recommend improvements • Support open enrollment and life event processes within benefits • Apply testing methodologies for system updates, enhancements, and M&A activities • Manage and triage client inquiries, resolving or escalating issues • Troubleshoot system-related issues and provide actionable solutions • Create documentation, templates, and client-facing materials • Support knowledge transfer for internal teams and clients • Act as a UKG Pro Payroll & HR Subject Matter Expert • Contribute to internal process improvements and team knowledge sharing • Participate in team training and lead at least one session annually • Serve as a dedicated HRIS resource for assigned clients under managed services engagements • Complete day-to-day UKG configuration updates, including pay codes and job titles • Troubleshoot complex payroll issues and support UKG Pro Payroll, ancillary products, WFM, and Benefits • Manage UKG cases through submission, tracking, escalation, and resolution • Provide integration support • Serve as Super User and Default Approver, triaging approvals as needed • Develop and deliver general reporting, including BI and Pro WFM • Implement workflow improvements and conduct quarterly system optimization reviews • Manage UKG releases through sandbox testing and feature adoption • Monitor compliance, flag risks, and provide year-end support • Develop client SOPs and user guidelines • Provide knowledge transfer to client HR staff and end users

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with UKG Pro (Payroll & People) • Experience in consulting, implementation, configuration, or support roles • Strong knowledge of HR and payroll processes • Strong knowledge of system testing methodologies • Proven ability to manage multiple clients or priorities in a fast-paced environment • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills; client-facing experience is required • Experience with Core Benefits, Benefits Administration, or Benefits Hub preferred • Reporting and analytics within UKG Pro preferred • UKG Pro Payroll & People Certification preferred • Experience with system integrations preferred • Exposure to US or Canadian payroll environments preferred
