• Develop channel program using industry best practices and assess market to prioritize top channels • Develop criteria for channels deserving focus and recruit targeted alliance partners into the A-LIGN Program • Enable channel partners, coordinate with A-LIGN Marketing to create launch plans and measure results • Ensure newly recruited channel partners generate revenue and grow incremental business for A-LIGN • Work with A-LIGN sales to engage alliance partners and add to sales pipelines • Conduct Quarterly Business Plan reviews and build channel partner practices at authorized distributors • Act as point of contact for channel partners and establish productive relationships with key personnel • Meet targets by driving profitable sales volume through strategic partnerships and enforce Salesforce activity logging • Assess, clarify, and validate partner needs; manage channel conflict and ensure partner compliance with agreements • Set and meet quarterly recruitment targets and ensure partners produce revenue in less than one quarter • Update Salesforce hygiene on partner account statuses and create Partner Portal for channel partners • Initiate training and demos, provide weekly activity reviews, and enlist support of sales, implementation, and service resources • Report to Global VP of Strategic Alliances and achieve profitability, sales, partner satisfaction, and recruitment objectives
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution preferred • At least 5 years of channel sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment within the information security or information technology sectors • Ability to meet deadlines with a high degree of motivation • Excellent communication skills • Thrives in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work individually as well as collaboratively
