📋 Description
• Troubleshoots and resolves customer-reported issues • Classifies and documents incoming support tickets • Resolves client issues by analyzing logs and running SQL queries • Collaborates with internal teams and enhances knowledge base • Participates in on-call rotations for high-severity incidents • Conducts root cause analysis and recommends permanent fixes
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years in a B2B application support role • Associate Degree, Coding/Development Bootcamp Certification, or equivalent practical experience • Proficiency troubleshooting distributed systems • Extensive experience supporting a SaaS platform • Experience troubleshooting APIs/SFTPs/integration points • Strong communication and client interaction skills
