📋 Description

• Define and execute the long-term vision and strategy for Alkami’s Marketing portfolio • Drive the evolution of marketing, customer intelligence, personalization, and engagement capabilities across Digital Banking • Synthesize ambiguous problems, market signals, and customer needs into a clear product direction • Roll up your sleeves and stay close to the details of product execution • Champion the embedding of AI directly into the marketer’s product experience

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field • 10+ years of Product Management experience, including 5+ years leading product teams • Direct, hands-on experience building and shipping products • Proven success building and scaling SaaS, marketing technology, data, analytics, or personalization products • Marketing automation experience • Demonstrated ability to create clarity from ambiguity and communicate it effectively • A hands-on, high-bar operating style with a strong sense of urgency and ownership of execution quality • AI fluency
