📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end implementation experience for banks and credit unions • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies • Drive accountability across internal and external stakeholders • Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, and delivery partners • Translate technical requirements into clear, actionable guidance • Identify and proactively mitigate implementation risks

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a client-facing delivery, implementation, or technical project management role • Experience implementing enterprise SaaS solutions • Experience in fintech, banking, or other regulated financial services • Experience partnering with technical teams (engineering, product, integrations) • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to technical and non-technical audiences
