📋 Description

• Initiates renewal process for existing clients and discusses renewal strategy with manager or lead • Analyzes and compares current exposures and follows renewal or new business procedures for marketing • Provides reports and reviews quotes and coverages for accuracy • Reviews policies for accuracy and reviews contracts • Prepares summaries and/or schedules of coverage for clients • Provides mentoring and technical guidance to staff assisting with client needs or procedural issues • Participates in the claims process, including claim submission, follow-up, and overall communication • Notifies manager or leader of pertinent information related to client retention • Meets with clients as needed or directed • Reviews client accounting history, responds to accounting inquiries, corrects discrepancies, and contacts clients regarding receivable collections • Collects fees, reconciles accounts, and resolves outstanding balances within 90 days of invoicing • Manages daily account servicing, including policies and endorsements, invoicing, certificates of insurance, premium breakdowns, policy changes, policy forms, coverage comparisons, loss analysis, and coverage questions • Maintains complete and accurate information in the agency management system • Performs duties in accordance with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws • Performs other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • Four (4) or more years related work experience • Valid Insurance License • Must continue to meet Continuing Education requirements for license renewal • In-depth insurance knowledge • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Good leadership, problem solving and time management skills • Ability to work within a team and to foster teamwork • Ability to prioritize work for multiple projects and deadlines • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
