📋 Description
• Als SAP Payroll Consultant ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor alles wat met payroll en SAP PY te maken heeft. • Je zorgt ervoor dat de technische en functionele ondersteuning van het systeem perfect draait en beantwoordt aan de Nederlandse wetgeving. • Je denkt mee met de klant en vertaalt hun noden in slimme SAP-oplossingen. • Je garandeert een kwalitatieve en tijdige ondersteuning van SAP PY-processen. • Je configureert en onderhoudt modules zoals OM, PA, PY en TM , met focus op Nederlandse payroll. • Je fungeert als expert en adviseur voor het team en de klant. • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor functionele incidenten en vragen rond payroll.
🎯 Requirements
• Aantoonbare ervaring met SAP Payroll (PY) en bij voorkeur ook SAP HCM. • Diepgaande kennis van de Nederlandse payrollwetgeving en -praktijk. • Je hebt ervaring in het configureren en onderhouden van SAP PY. • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en oog voor detail, zonder het grotere geheel uit het oog te verliezen. • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar schakelt ook vlot met collega's en klanten. • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels – een must in onze meertalige werkomgeving.
