📋 Description

• Drive business growth, provide high quality sales and technical support to customers in South India and Sri Lanka. • Build strong relationships with new sales accounts and key customers, maintaining professional selling and technical support at the highest level. • Evaluate market potential and opportunities for allnex products in South India and Sri Lanka. • Lead, direct, and motivate relevant distributors to meet corporate objectives. • Collaborate with Technical Services & Development team to prioritize and manage technical services for customers, ensuring professional and high-quality product presentations and promotions are carried out. • Cooperate with regional sales team, look for more new business opportunities. • Explore new markets or segments in accordance with the products strategic plan. • Develop and create new business opportunities for South India and Sri Lanka's market.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 - 10 years experience in Business Development, Sales, or Technical Service with demonstrated exposure in chemical industry. • Experience working in coating resin industry is an added advantage. • Proficiency in English and Tamil languages. • Good command in Telugu or Kannada is a plus. • Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-cultural environment. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. • Track record in key account management and business / customer development in new markets or with new products. • Strong hunter mindset to drive business growth. • Sales skills and commercial acumen. • A strong bias towards action leading to commercialization. • Ability to travel.
