📋 Description

• Study and research vehicle values using various methods • Review and analyze documents from internal and external sources related to the vehicle valuation process • Adhere to and maintain departmental standards and/or KPIs • Provide superior customer service to policyholders and ensure prompt and equitable claims settlements • Other duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• A valid AMF license as a claims adjuster (AMF — Autorité des marchés financiers) • 3 years of experience in auto insurance and/or 2 years of total loss experience considered an asset • Comfortable with insurance policy wordings • Demonstrated experience in insurance and an understanding of the discipline • Good understanding of indemnity agreements and claims settlement/adjustment principles • Excellent customer service skills • Demonstrates strong team spirit, good negotiation skills, and the ability to make decisions • Bilingual required: French and English, both spoken and written • Proficiency with MS Office suite • Understanding of automotive terminology, the automotive market, and vehicle estimating • Excellent organizational and negotiation skills
