📋 Description

• Promote a Safety-First Culture by building strong, positive relationships with production teams and departments. • Collaborate with Production Leadership to maintain a safe working environment. • Provide guidance on regulatory safety requirements and ensure consistent application of safety standards. • Develop and oversee effective safety management systems and safety training programs. • Assist departments with risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety regulations for high-risk activities. • Manage and deliver regular safety reports to production leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Well-established experience in production safety or a related field. • Proven ability to deliver results and drive safety initiatives. • Proven leadership experience in a safety management capacity is preferred. • Strong expertise in contractor safety, construction management, safety training, and compliance with regulatory authorities (e.g. WorkSafe BC, MOL Ontario, CNNST, etc.). • Ability to manage multiple projects across different locations. • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
