• Review insurance policy and coverages • Investigate complex automobile claims (i.e.: impaired, unlisted operator or non-drivable) and determine coverage and liability • Settle claims in accordance with organization’s policies and practices • Collaborate with the customer, service suppliers (i.e. towing, repair shops), other insurance companies and law enforcement
• Minimum high school education or equivalent • Adjusting License Level 1 or equivalent • 1 - 3 years handling complex automobile claims is required • Knowledge in understanding and interpreting policies • Commitment to providing outstanding customer service • Proficient keyboard skills and computer literacy • Enrolled in (or willing to enroll in) CIP designation
