📋 Description

• Create, drive, and execute product strategy for one or more digital products • Use customer feedback, market analysis, and data gathering to guide product strategy decisions • Conduct discovery and test-and-learn activities to validate assumptions and product direction • Decompose complex problems into manageable tasks by creating and prioritizing the product backlog • Define and manage metrics to measure results and inform product strategy • Represent the voice of the customer by engaging current and potential customers to understand their needs and habits • Manage the product backlog, maintain product vision, and provide timely stakeholder feedback on development iterations • Coach and mentor team members and cross-functional development organization members on collaboration, idea generation, consumer research, test design and execution, measurement, implementation, customer interactions, and rollout • Work with key stakeholders and partners to define and execute go-to-market and communications strategies • Manage the lifecycle of one or more products in Allstate's digital product portfolio

🎯 Requirements

• 7 or more years of experience (Preferred) • Experience with business case analyses • Customer-centric focus • Customer relationship management (CRM) • Digital products experience • Insurance knowledge • Prioritization • Product direction • Product management • Product roadmapping • Product strategies • Product vision • Systems thinking • Voice of the customer (VOC) • Successful candidate must submit to a background investigation • Allstate generally does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas for this position • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home • Appropriate desk and seating for the home workspace • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
