📋 Description

• Investigate and confirm the facts surrounding homeowners’ insurance claims • Determine coverage eligibility in accordance with policy provisions • Assess damage and coordinate the necessary repairs • Negotiate and settle claims within the limits of delegated authority • Identify potential fraud or recovery (subrogation) opportunities • Maintain thorough documentation and manage files efficiently • Provide exceptional customer service in often stressful situations • Independently manage a portfolio of claims, workload, performance targets, and SLAs • Spend a significant portion of the day on the phone with policyholders, contractors, and other stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Valid AMF licence required • Fluency in both French and English required • 0–2 years of experience preferred • Experience processing claims or working in the insurance industry is an asset • Excellent customer service and conflict-resolution skills • Comfortable working in a high-volume environment with numerous inbound and outbound calls • Ability to work under pressure and meet performance metrics • Excellent organizational and file-management skills • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively remotely
