📋 Description

• Lead planning and integration across Core Engineering & Platforms (CEP) and distributed product teams • Coordinate backlog sequencing and execution across infrastructure, platform, digital product, and engineering teams • Accelerate delivery of critical strategic outcomes • Partner with Digital Product Managers to capture, shape, and reflect customer voice in CEP priorities • Streamline customer and stakeholder engagement to reduce repeated asks and fragmented input • Align workforce planning and capability development with future skill needs and organizational capacity • Support influencer development, specialized onboarding bootcamps, and infrastructure learning and innovation zones • Align strategic vendor engagement with enterprise priorities and support external partner relationships • Curate clear strategic narratives covering CEP strategy, progress, impact, OKRs, ORCC, technology execution reviews, and board materials • Lead, develop, and manage large high-performing organizations and distributed teams • Establish decision rights, accountability, governance, operating cadence, and succession pipelines • Lead transformations, systems implementations, organizational integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience • 10+ years of progressive experience leading strategic initiatives within complex technology-driven organizations • Experience in financial services, insurance, technology, consulting, or other highly regulated environments undergoing large-scale digital transformation • Ability to develop and operationalize enterprise technology strategies • Ability to translate complex business objectives into actionable plans with measurable outcomes • Proven success influencing senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority • Strong understanding of technology and product operating models • Experience partnering across engineering, product, and business teams • Exceptional ability to synthesize complex information into clear executive communications and strategic narratives • Track record of building, developing, and leading large high-performing organizations • Strong operational expertise and process optimization skills • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, analytical, business acumen, and continuous-improvement capabilities • Ability to influence, negotiate, build alignment, and drive outcomes across organizational levels • Proven ability to lead large multi-location teams through transformations, systems implementations, and organizational integrations • Regular, predictable attendance is an essential function of the job
