📋 Description

• Trusted business partner at the heart of the Finance function • Monthly close and financial reporting • Actively contribute to monthly close activities for assigned entities • Review the accuracy and completeness of accounting entries • Prepare variance analyses and financial commentary • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of financial results • Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to support audit and review activities • Perform profitability analyses for the entities and products under your responsibility • Provide support for other Finance / FP&A related requests • Develop, maintain, and improve financial models to support monthly close analysis and ARR • Perform and validate contract renewal calculations and accounting in accordance with IFRS 15

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting • CPA designation required • Experience in private equity and/or SaaS environments is a significant asset • Strong experience in monthly close and financial reporting • Advanced financial modeling skills used to support analysis and decision-making • Practical knowledge of IFRS 15 and revenue recognition concepts • Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI or reporting tools is considered an asset • Comfortable working in a multi-entity, fast-paced environment • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain financial information to non-financial stakeholders • Strong business acumen and understanding of the operational levers that influence financial performance • Ability to build trusted relationships and influence business partner decision-making • Constructive critical thinking: ability to challenge assumptions and provide actionable recommendations • Authorized to work in Canada.
