📋 Description

• Lead Planning & Integration across Core Engineering & Platforms (CEP) and coordinate execution across distributed product teams • Partner with digital product teams to sequence consumable backlogs across domains and accelerate critical outcomes • Partner with Digital Product Managers to capture, shape, and reflect customer voice in CEP priorities • Streamline engagement and reduce repeated asks and fragmented input across initiatives • Align workforce planning and capability development with future skill needs, organizational capacity, and expected demand • Support influencer stewardship and specialized onboarding bootcamps/spark zones for infrastructure • Align strategic vendor engagement with enterprise priorities and ensure clarity of expectations and value delivery • Curate strategic narratives and executive communications covering CEP strategy, progress, impact, OKRs, ORCC, technology execution reviews, and board-level materials • Build, develop, and lead high-performing organizations while establishing decision rights, accountability, operating cadence, future leaders, and succession pipelines • Lead large, multi-location teams through business transformations, systems implementations, and organizational integrations • Perform other related duties as assigned and maintain regular, predictable attendance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience • 10+ years of progressive experience leading strategic initiatives within complex technology-driven organizations • Experience in large-scale digital transformation industries such as financial services, insurance, technology, consulting, or highly regulated environments • Ability to develop and operationalize enterprise technology strategies and translate complex business objectives into actionable plans • Proven success influencing senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority • Strong understanding of technology and product operating models • Experience partnering across engineering, product, and business teams to prioritize initiatives and deliver strategic value • Exceptional ability to synthesize complex information into compelling narratives and executive communications • Track record of building, developing, and leading high-performing large organizations • Strong operational expertise and ability to optimize processes and drive execution against strategic outcomes • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, analytical, and continuous-improvement skills • Advanced business acumen and technology fluency • Ability to negotiate, build alignment, and drive outcomes across organizational levels • Proven ability to lead large, multi-location teams through significant changes • Successful completion of a background investigation • Regular, predictable attendance • Dedicated, private home workspace free from distractions with appropriate desk and seating • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload • Allstate generally does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas for this position
