📋 Description

• Implement applications following 12-factor principles • Build products and iterative enhancements • Own the full stack of software products • Develop and implement frontends for web or mobile and backend services • Use test-driven development and continuous integration to ensure product agility and quality • Participate in team decision-making to select appropriate technology and design • Participate in iteration planning meetings • Execute strategy while considering customer needs and wants • Collaborate within the team to design systems and applications • Participate in daily site, cross-site, and product team standups • Participate in retrospectives and derive actionable improvements • Support software products in user environments • Participate in knowledge sharing and contribute to team knowledge growth • Practice daily paired programming and test-driven development • Establish continuous integration, continuous delivery, and continuous deployment pipelines and practices

🎯 Requirements

• 3 or more years of experience (Preferred) • Experience with Java programming • Full-stack software development experience, including frontend and backend services • Experience with 12-factor principles • Experience with test-driven development • Experience with continuous integration, continuous delivery, and continuous deployment pipelines and practices • Required to submit to a background investigation • Must have a dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home • Appropriate desk and seating when working from home • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload • Allstate generally does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas for this position
