📋 Description

• Assist the Marketing Strategy team in developing and disseminating business strategies and operational priorities • Frame complex business challenges and apply rigorous analysis to evaluate alternatives • Communicate insights through clear, structured messaging • Conduct structured analysis using internal data, stakeholder input, and market intelligence • Leverage financial benchmarking and scenario modeling to present leadership with forward-looking operating scenarios • Craft and deliver high-impact written and verbal communications for senior audiences • Serve as a thought partner in team problem solving and knowledge creation initiatives • Monitor competitor actions, market trends, and industry benchmarks • Develop understanding of departmental and enterprise-level strategies to align deliverables with organizational goals • Establish trust-based relationships with stakeholders and connect ideas across the organization • Identify emerging topics that anticipate leadership needs and spark forward-looking dialogue

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience working in a strategy function with experience supporting multiple stakeholders • Demonstrated experience independently leading analyses or workstreams that informed senior-level decisions • Management consulting or corporate strategy experience preferred • Prior exposure to the insurance industry is a significant plus • Ability to synthesize clear takeaways from complex information and translate them into actionable recommendations • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Ability to leverage diverse information sources to triangulate insights and generate strategic implications • Understanding of financial drivers across the business and ability to apply this to strategic analysis and recommendations • Forward-thinking mindset and drive to innovate • Ability to operate in dynamic environments with multiple concurrent workstreams • Ability to balance big-picture thinking with breaking initiatives into manageable components • Ability to manage time and priorities effectively to meet deadlines • Motivated self-starter who identifies opportunities and takes initiative • Ability to leverage informal networks to gather diverse perspectives and influence enterprise direction • Commitment to continuous professional development • Active and empathetic listening skills • Required to submit to a background investigation • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload for working from home • Allstate generally does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas for this position
