📋 Description

• Manage increasing system complexity through effective system design, clear processes, and thorough documentation • Identify and solve relevant platform bottlenecks before they start affecting customers • Help other engineers level up their skills through mentoring and coaching • Write maintainable, reliable, and testable code for the platform • Collaborate daily with the engineering team to plan complex tasks, perform code reviews, and pair program

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with NodeJS, relational databases, and Kubernetes • 3+ years of experience with TypeScript and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) • Proven track record of mentoring and coaching other engineers • Deep understanding of organizational and system needs as a company scales • Extensive experience in technical documentation • Experience integrating 3rd-party APIs (such as payment providers or CRMs) • Good spoken and written English, located in a European timezone (Poland westward preferred) or EST
