⢠Oversee daily administrative operations and support services to ensure efficient organizational performance ⢠Manage office administration functions, including records management, correspondence, document control, and reception services ⢠Coordinate payroll, travel arrangements, conference planning, and employee support activities ⢠Administer procurement, inventory, distribution, and accountability of supplies, equipment, and organizational assets ⢠Develop, implement, and maintain administrative policies, procedures, and process improvements ⢠Coordinate mail services, data processing, telecommunications, printing, and reproduction activities ⢠Monitor administrative budgets, expenditures, and resource utilization ⢠Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulations, and recordkeeping requirements ⢠Serve as a liaison between departments for communication, resource coordination, and operational support ⢠Oversee property management, including acquisition, storage, disposition, and disposal of surplus assets ⢠Analyze administrative processes and recommend efficiency and service-delivery improvements ⢠Prepare reports, maintain operational records, and support leadership as needed ⢠Coordinate workplace services and facilities-related activities ⢠Support special projects and organizational initiatives
⢠Must be a U.S. Citizen ⢠Must be willing to obtain the required clearance ⢠Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field ⢠Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in administrative management, business operations, finance, office management, or a related discipline ⢠Experience coordinating administrative functions, operational support services, or business processes ⢠Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills ⢠Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively ⢠Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook ⢠Excellent written and verbal communication skills ⢠Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment ⢠Experience developing and implementing process improvements ⢠Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment with sensitive information ⢠Preferred: experience managing administrative operations within a government or corporate environment ⢠Preferred: knowledge of records management, procurement practices, budget tracking, and property accountability ⢠Preferred: experience coordinating travel, meetings, conferences, and related logistics ⢠Preferred: supervisory or team leadership experience ⢠Preferred: familiarity with ERP systems, financial systems, or administrative management software
