📋 Description

• Lead high-impact, cross-functional programs across ERP, WMS, OMS, and TMS to improve system integration, order-to-fulfillment efficiency, and operational visibility • Translate customer business requirements into scalable technology solutions for engineering teams • Analyze end-to-end order and warehouse workflows to identify efficiency gains and automation opportunities • Assess and apply AI-enabled tooling and process engineering methods to re-engineer legacy workflows • Develop program charters, roadmaps, timelines, resource plans, and stakeholder status reports • Manage risk, scope, and change control across concurrent workstreams • Create as-is and to-be process documentation and recommend process optimization opportunities • Provide technical oversight across WMS/ERP systems, dependent applications, and integration layers • Research processes and products and contribute to complex system designs • Ensure data flow and process alignment across ERP, WMS, OMS, and TMS platforms • Liaise with external customers to understand requirements, onboard them to ALOM systems, and develop feature roadmaps • Collaborate with partners and external software vendors • Translate business requirements into functional specifications with IT and system integrators • Drive engineering-team visibility, prioritization, backlog management, sprint/release planning, UAT, implementation, and post-deployment support • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and value stream mapping to redesign workflows • Develop training materials and support SOP and system-topology documentation

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations technology • At least 3+ years in program/project management • In-depth functional knowledge of at least two of ERP, WMS, OMS, and TMS systems • Practical familiarity with AI and automation tools for business process improvement, including feasibility and ROI evaluation • Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, or BPR methodologies to real workflows • Proven experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder programs from initiation through go-live and stabilization • Strong analytical skills and experience using data for operational decisions • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field • Familiarity with EDI, API integrations, and supply chain analytics/BI tools • PMP, PgMP, and/or Six Sigma/Lean certification preferred • Experience leading system modernization or replatforming initiatives preferred • Hands-on experience with all four ERP, WMS, OMS, and TMS systems strongly preferred
