📋 Description

• Create marketing and social assets, decks, one-pagers, ads, and web graphics • Design event collateral end-to-end, including flyers, signage, banners, passports, menus, and swag • Bring warmth and clarity to healthcare communications • Shape and maintain the visual identity across typography, color, layout, iconography, and templates • Build templates that enable the team to stay on-brand • Maintain consistent quality across print and digital materials • Turn rough briefs into polished work on tight timelines • Manage multiple projects and prioritize shipping work efficiently • Prepare production-ready files for print and web • Collaborate with brand, events, and marketing teams to translate ideas into visuals • Give and receive feedback and improve the work • Bring fresh ideas, references, and a point of view on the direction of the design

🎯 Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating range and genuine craft in brand and marketing, ideally including event or print work • Fluency in Figma • Fluency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign • Sharp eye for typography, layout, and detail • Ability to work quickly, stay organized, and manage multiple deadlines • Ownership mentality and care for Alpaca Health’s mission • US citizenship, Green Card, or eligibility for a TN Visa, as specified in the application question
